Not only did the person over the speaker not wait until I got to the speaker to take my order, they were extremely rude. I order the same thing I do every day, but today they left the drive thru window open. The woman making my drink did NOT wash the blender to make my drink and mixed whatever the previous drink was with mine in the blender. The iced coffee has been terrible the last couple of times, to the point where Ive had to dump it out, even after trying to save it by adding more cream and sugar. There was garbage all over the parking lot and near the drive through. It was disgusting. This place has gone downhill. Dunkin used to be good, I think I'll be saving my money.
