I would give this place a negative 10 if I was able to go any lower than one star you can never purchase food or drinks and sit inside and enjoy your meal because the workers at this establishment allow people to just congregate inside the dining area they don't purchase no products and very obnoxious the same group of people every day me and my significant other have been coming here for the past 6 months and yet to be able to sit down and enjoy our coffee and donut. Service is usually good with orders and timely efficient process going into that. The coffee was good, I order mines black with oatmilk no dairy or sugar.
I went through the drive-thru and placed my usual order, which included a 3-count of the Halloween munchkins. However, I only received one glazed munchkin instead. I went inside to speak with the staff at the front counter (on 10/24/25 at 7:26am), but they treated me as if I was being dishonest. There was no apology, and the service was quite rude overall. I used to visit this Dunkin almost every morning, but after this experience, I will not be returning.
