Sweet customer service. My order was ready in seconds.
Order an egg and cheese on a toasted cro Croissant to go. Got on Northway and no egg, just cheese. Tried calling, no answer, again and again. Appears they don’t care to hear from customers.
I didn’t have a complicated order. 2 drinks and 4 chipotle wake up wraps. Why were my hashbrowns uncooked and ice cold???!
Waited 20 minutes for the drive through. I wanted to update this review after going a second time. They only staff one person, and though you can place both drive through and in store orders on the mobile app, the person working claims that the drive through is closed because he's alone. There is nothing blocking off the drive through or any other indication showing not to go to the drive through - at a gas station. After getting stuck in the drive thru for over an hour yesterday (and never getting served, leaving our mobile order behind) we decided to give it another shot today. I walked in and ordered pretty quick. An employee called out our order and handed me our two drinks.
