To be completely honest...the customer service is not the best and the food well it's fast food so you get what you get mediocre. I come here often and only had one issue previously (manager was rude when I told her my order was wrong...she told me I ordered wrong. Just rude and disgusting) before the issue I had today. I love this Dunkin’ Donuts because there’s a worker named Sebastian who is always so kind and welcoming. He treats everyone with such respect and positivity. I’ve never seen him in a bad mood — he’s always smiling and makes my day better every time I come in. He truly deserves a raise for being such a sweet and hardworking person!
I met this guy name Sebastian and he is a 10/10 he treated me like home. the food was a 10/10 he needs a raise for being a nice person
