This place is a disgrace! I cannot tell you how many times I have been here and they mess up my drink! All I ask is for a caramel iced coffee with liquid sugar... Every other dunkin in this state you don't even have to ask for liquid because it's not rocket science that rock sugar does not dissolve in an iced drink! These people you will tell them your order 10 freakin times and they still screw it up! My coffee will taste like bleach! Somthing needs to be done!
This Duncan Donuts always has great, fresh donuts and a smile at the other end of the register to take my order. This store gets 5 stars!
This new store gets a high five for fresh donuts, hot coffee and good service. The store is immaculate and customer service is 5 star!
