Says its open till 7pm go there at 540 pm and the doors are locked
Literally got scolded by 4 employees at the window for making an order. Said I was doing separate orders got even more upset with me. Definitely was not. Got scolded for making an order wrong by starting with a coffee first…god forbid. Then could hear them saying rude things about me through the window. Reminder it’s not sound proof. This isn’t the first they are rude to customers. I’ve work fast food before. Yah it’s not easy but no need to embarrass and make others feel like crap.
Disappointed, they have new workers and it seems that the overall Dunkin experience has suffered. Would avoid.
Can't go wrong with dunkin donuts. BRING BACK THE MUNCHKINS!
