Zero stars. Slowest service in western NY. Ordered on the app and waited 10 damn mins for a single coffee with 3 people in line. Get your shit together.
Food was stale, staff were disinterested. I returned the food but no refund offered. $20 paid nothing taken. Do not eat here. Don't bother with the convenience store either. Seriously, go somewhere else
