I can order here ice chai latte but they make ice latte and manager lady told thats a chai latte
Your service sucks! It was one of the worst services I have ever seen. Cashier scrutinized me for counting some change on the counter and deliberately scorned me to "pick it up." What kind of employees do you hire. No sense of servitude ruined my vacation day. No wonder this place has bad reviews.. I will never even consider coming here. This puts a bad image to your Dunkin' Donut brand.
Asked for a large matcha latte with light ice and they filled up my cup 50% full of ice 😒 I figured with the $6.00 for a beverage they'd get the order right
The drive-thru must close. Im here waiting for 20 minutes.... its pure insanity. 🤣
