Too many kids all of these restaurants let these kids come in and ruin the atmosphere. Screaming yelling throwing food and acting belligerent while staff sit by and just watch. It would be nice if they implicated a time limit for school kids
I ordered a protein latte and saw that the gentleman used a SKIM milk, NOT the Lactaid 2% milk that charges 1$ extra which I was charged. I brought it to his attention and he tried to justify it by how the machine requires the skim milk. I never argued, but I know it's wrong. I have also noticed this same gentleman does not ask whether you want your drink hot or iced , nor does he ask you what size drink you want.
