I never usually write reviews for big chain stores like this but this dunkin is being managed very poorly. The employees are nice and everything is clean. The issues here is poor management. The drive thru at this place is horrible. Its by my work so i keep trying to go back but now im done. The last five time ive been here ive gotten my order twice, the other three times i never got my order. Waiting for 20mins in the drive thru line. Slow slow slow!!!! I've been here multiple times as it's close to my house but they are so slow. Order at the register or order ahead, doesn't matter. Employees are friendly and the store is very clean, hence two stars. Changed to 1 star because it's still just as bad.
