Shout out to Katelyn, Deisi, and Sophia! Cleanest Dunkin bathroom I have ever been in! Usually Dunkin bathrooms are nasty, but they did a great job keeping the entire place clean. They were polite and fast with service. I hope management appreciates them and treats them well.
I think the supervisors need to retrain some of their staff. If I go through drive-up 7 out of 10 get my ice coffee wrong. Not realizing it until I leave. The only time my ice coffee is good is if I go in and watch them make it. So if that's the case why have a drive up!!! But, I must say that the employees are very nice..One of the female supervisors is very .rude half the time like everything with her is rush rush, maybe that's why the ice coffee sucks...And god forbid you ask to pour the coffee in my cup., she said they a... read more
