I have gone to this location the past two days and both times the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The women’s bathroom was locked and the only employee working is telling everyone to use the men’s room. This particular men’s room has not been cleaned in what I can only assume to be days. When I went to wash my hands, there was no soap. I need you to visualize a men’s room that hasn’t been cleaned in days, and then imagine that you have NO SOAP. Likely one of the worst Dunkin' locations I’ve visited. I’m honestly surprised corporate allows this store to remain open in its current condition. The cleanliness and overall upkeep were extremely disappointing — there was visible trash throughout the store, old food left out, noticeable stains, drywall in disrepair, and torn seating. I understand that larger repairs may require time and investment, but basic cleanliness and maintenance should never be overlooked.
