customer service here is always horrible girl at the window is always rushing with a attitude drive thru times are priority i understand but customer service is FIRST
The workers are nice enough but really I need more than a drop of cream cheese on my bagel. It's bad enough I have to pay that much for it.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Ordered a half dozen assorted donuts through door dash and they knowingly sent me 5 plain and one powdered since they ran out. Decide to drive to the location and they refused to refund me and told me to take it up with doordash. Manager was very unhelpful and told us to step aside so she could help the next customer without resolving our issue.
