Si for starters internet was not up to date with flavors so had to get something that didn't go there for then the wife's ice cream was very soft, she questioned and was told it got left out for a bit. Brownie sundae I got was made well but brownie seemed old/stale. Not a good experience at all but hey they got our money.
Made me the wrong drink and refused to make a new one. I paid for something that ended up in the trash from their mistake. 12 cents in lieu of a regular customer, do better Dunkin
How can you go wrong?!? Love this place!
Just the worst. Orders constantly wrong, zero personality employees, weak coffee and stale donuts. Dunkin should have stayed up north
