Sent a mobile order for pick up, food was ready when I arrived but waited on the cocoa cloud latte for 10+ minutes. The employee who finally made it had no idea how - the cup was half full of milk. He added a small shot of espresso (drink doesn't even have espresso and I didnt ask for it), a few pumps of choc/caramel syrup then proceeded to fill the cup with more milk.
