Very good customer service
Another "kosher" Dunkin where you order bacon and they don't tell you it's veggie bacon until they serve it to you. When i order bacon i am not ordering veggie bacon, train your staff to disclose what they are serving. This is an issue with all "kosher" Dunkins.
Very better place and the better service than the one nearest me, Ave U and Bedford! Compared to that location, it is a better service and polite, and they haven’t got an attitude, and they get the order right! One of the guys there was always nice to me, and they told me one of their favorite customers, and that makes me happy too, but it’s much better than the one on Ave U and Bedford for sure!! Good service and much better than that one
I just left this place about 20mins ago, & my service was unpleasant. I’m the type of person who knows what I want to order without hesitation but throughout me putting in my order the cashier kept interrupting me & asking me questions that I was already answering if he would’ve just let me speak. I only got the $6 deal so it’s a very simple order. Then he kept asking medium for the size of the coffee & I asked if that’s it comes with because I didn’t want any extra charges.
