I visited this location this morning, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The manager was extremely rude and appeared to be yelling at employees, telling them they "better not talk back." It came across as an abuse of authority and created a very uncomfortable environment. The manager was also rude to customers. Not sure what was happening but the team working there seemed very disorganized and stressed - as a result, the service suffered. There was one gentleman making drinks in the back, two employees arguing, and the two ladies working the front counter seemed unsure of where to go. Overall, the vibe here isnt great and I dont recommend.
Terrible experience overall I enjoyed other dunkin locations a lot more
