The service at this location is literally so horrible. The girl cursed and screamed at us because she couldn’t hear us through the drive through phone?
Terrible customer service. I waited to give my order for 7 mins and no body answered, I then pulled up to the window and the employee working at the window had such a nasty attitude. When I told her nobody answered me she said “I was taking an order” but I don’t know whose order she was taking given there was no car in front of me. After getting such bad service, I was then handed my order. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee with extra caramel and my coffee was pitch black with no flavor whatsoever.
