Weird entry. Wait was long. Order was correct. Did not scan my trip in the app.
ordered an everything bagel (dark toasted) with plain cream cheese on the side, they ended up giving me a non toasted plain bagel with cream cheese smeared all over it. the complete opposite of what I had asked for, additional the crumpled up all the napkins before placing them in my bag. This is the second issue i’ve had with this dunkin and i would not recommend people coming if they want quick and accurate service. Hardly any ice cream, labels incorrect ice cream tasted old, no chocolate for waffle cone very disappointed:(
Certain people actually go above and beyond and they sometimes don't get my order right but that's okay by me.
