They go above and beyond!
I been coming to this Dunkin on market street for many years and The lady ( wears the head covering ) that works Night Shift into the morning is soooo rude! She has no customer service skills, always has an attitude and disrespectful !! Not very clean when it comes to handling your orders. If you are unhappy with what you are doing, just leave that job.. don’t take it out on the customers! She needs to be replaced at this location actually she needs to find a job that fits her. And this is not it.
If you want a coffee or anything else, don't come here. They won't serve you at the drive-thru; they have a terrible attitude, and the whole experience is a total mess. You spend minutes waiting just for them to be rude and tell you they're out of whatever you wanted. The worst part is the night staff.
