I remember when this location opened good service with attentive staff. Not so much anymore. I did a mobile order to hopefully cut my wait time down because on a regular day when I order a black coffee it for some reason isn't ready by the time I get to the window. Was at the dunkin earlier today got an ice caramel machiato the girl make it wrong asked for less ice and completely ruined the drink she added random things into the cup she kept staring at me told me to make it myself next time.. going to starbucks across the street from now on.. I was so embaressed i wanted to cry..
Changing my rating from a 5 star to a 1 star every time I come here they never get my order right they always give me the opposite of what I order and then laugh in your face when you complain about it not bein correct they are so disrespectful here and will not ever return back.
