Stopped in this morning to pick up a mobile order. Got some bagel minis. They were completely frozen. I couldn’t even bite into them. My husband when back in to ask them to heat them up. They were very busy so he waited in line. The staff was rude when they had to remake it because “they had so many other orders they have to take care of first” after waiting 15 minutes to just have warm bagel minis, the employee threw it on the counter with a lovely “there.” No apology or anything not surprising but would’ve been nice. This place is continously a mess no matter how many chances given. This isnt rocket science: customer orders food, food goes in bag(s), customer pays, hand customer food. Its a crazy concept but when it works, all is right in the world. I now check before I even leave the drive in window to make sure everything is there so I catch it before I get home.
