Came down here since the other one was packed yesterday for my free coffee and wow was it worse then the harps one….they gave me burnt stuff and the drink had no cold foam when i ordered that and they told me that I had to pay $1 extra for cold foam if they add it on when my receipt said cold foam on it?! Never coming back here.

I wouldn't have any complaints about this location if it ever opened at the correct time or kept consistent hours, not only do they never open at 7:00 a.m. like they claim to, half the time they close early afternoon. You just can't come here and trust them to be open regardless of what their business hours say

This location has changed management 3 times. This time another owner has reopened the store..hired help is new i realize but they aren't being trained & at a loss of how to do things. I don't know what all the problems are but there are other locations to go to which i will go. I will NOT return to this store

Whoever the girl was working EVERYTHING by herself this morning. (5/25/26 time 9:30am) Deserves a raise because why would you guys leave this poor girl to slay all these orders by herself on a holiday? She did a great job.
