I arrived and waited about two minutes at the intercom’s before saying hello multiple times before I got a response. I ordered two green teas and a donut. When I pulled up to the window I waited over 5 minutes for someone to even come take my payment all I heard was them talking and laughing. After the girl came and took my payment she took another 2-4 minutes to come back with my drink , and as she handed me my drink it burst into my left hand and burned me.
