THEY TAKE FOREVER TO DO THE QUICKEST STUFF LIKE OMG
I swear it’s tradition for them to mess up orders, I bought almost a $6 chicken wrap for them not to put it in my bag, no hash browns, & they messed my coffee up. I don’t know why I continue to go here they repeatedly mess up my order it’s so annoying. I don’t ever eat breakfast so I was really looking forward to that. I’m so mad this locations employees gotta stop flirting with each other and going on their phones and PAY ATTENTION TO THEIR JOB. I BET I’m not the only one with this ongoing issue. Get better workers!
I order an iced coffee and a coffee roll. I hand the person working, who has one latex glove on, cash. He hands me my change. He then gets a bag, sticks his latex gloved hand that touched money in the bag. I ask him to grab my coffee roll with the wax paper and not the glove. The manager walks by and asks what's the problem. He said that I want him to grab my coffee roll with the wax paper. The manager said they don't have wax paper that's why he has a glove on.
