Has gone down hill extremely in the last few months, the coffee's are always wrong and the line takes 5x longer and the food is always bad along with sub par customer service. I used to swear by this dunkin, now im debating if I should just drink coffee from home and stop wasting my time.
Ever since the previous owners left, tue service is horrible, orders take FOREVER and youre lucky if your order comes out correct. Service is dog shit slow and everybody working seems to be messing around instead of working. Asked for a refund after waiting 10 min for an online order I placed 5 min prior before arriving, they wouldn't give me one but offered to make my food and I still never got my food, a refund or an apology. Maddison ave might be better than southside.
I’m incredibly disappointed in this Dunkin now. Ever since the new owners took over and completely replaced the staff, it has been slow, the staff is rude, and they have no idea how to do anything. How does your staff not know how to heat up food and drinks? This reflects VERY poorly on the owners and managers. You people run a drive thru breakfast spot, how hard can it be to train your staff? This used to be the fastest Dunkin' Donuts around, with great people, for the last five years. We used to go here at least twice a day, seven days a week. Now, ever since most of the main staff left, they have been extremely slow. Our orders keep getting messed up, with burnt wraps or cold food that's supposed to be hot.
