Twice a month my kid gets to ride with mom to school instead of dad or the bus. I mention this because these are huge mornings for us. She struggles with school refusal and the treats planned for these mornings are motivation to reach the school peacefully and happy. After the extremely long wait, sending out this quality of food is shameful. We certainly didnt have time to get it fixed or go elsewhere after such a long wait so school breakfast on our treat day . It was a terrible experience. They are not nice to the customers and all have attitudes. They are nasty and not groomed well either.
