My 5 stars are for the two gentlemen working Thursday, 3/5 at 6:30am (green hair, small build black w/DD head covering). Considering there were 6 cars in the drive thru and 7 customers in the lobby, they were awesome! Professional, efficient, calm, polite and any other positive adjective you could think of. They deserve recognition . Give them a paid day off or something DD
I come here all the time for an iced coffee, but today I had a bad experience. I arrived at 4:50 and there were other employees there. From the moment I ordered through the speaker, they were very rude. First, I asked for an iced coffee, and she tried to sell me six. Then I said I wanted one, and when I went to pay, she gave me a hot coffee. I was very angry because this had never happened to me before, but the women were very angry and unwilling to work. One of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. Spent 25 minutes in the drive through with only 3 other cars in front of me the service was so slow. Only to get to the window and have the man hand me the wrong order TWICE, and proceed to be so rude and condescending after I politely try to tell him what my order was. Cutting me off, not letting me speak. I asked for a refund just forget the order and he rudely did it and threw my card back at me.
