I used to go here all the time and never had issues, but lately they've gone downhill. Today I got a sandwich and it tasted like straight up chemicals. Even after spitting it out, it turned my stomach for a bit. I'm not sure how something like this happened, but it's the second time, and I will not go back to a place that might make me sick. You need to get someone in there to teach some food safety before you make someone really sick.
I ordered an order of hash browns and asked for them to be double toasted. Instead, I was given hash browns that were extremely burnt and no longer edible. When I went back to the window to request a refund, the young lady at the window laughed the entire time. The manager then came over with the hash browns and also laughed. When I asked her if she would personally eat something that looked like this, she responded that she doesn’t eat hash browns. Great staff who are friendly and efficient
Got nothing right in my order, coffee wrong, bagel wrong, charged me 24$ for 2 drinks and a bagel never gave me the sandwich I also ordered and told me it wasnt in the order would have to go back around, so youre telling me 2 drinks and a bagel is 24$ i wont be back stop hiring burn out children
