Love this early morning crew! Kyle and Shannon know my drink when I pull up to order, and it's never screwed up. Any other time of day it's always made wrong. Too little ice, extra milk. Sugar cakes to the bottom. I may sound picky but it's not that hard and we all deserve to have our coffee made the way we like. I always ask to melt the sugar and every other place gives me attitude but not these guys!! and they are always so kind to me at the window. Please give tips when you can it's what they live off of!
This morning was the last straw. 4 out of the past 6 or 7 times I've been the food has been made incorrectly. A sandwich that should be toasted with eggs, cheese, and bacon, except its been a grilled cheese with nothing else, eggs but nothing else, not toasted with no bacon, and this morning bit into the sandwich to find it was ice cold (not cold but literally still ice cold from the cooler) and the bacon was literally raw and put on the sandwich.
