So the staff here is to busy serving their friends and having a conversation with them to pay attention to you or your order. When I am standing in line and you friends are 3 positions behind me why would you make their order before even asking me what I want? On top of it you screwed up my order!! UPDATE! I actually sent an email to the customer service GMail and all I have gotten is crickets. I guess ole dunkin dioesnt care about business anymore!
I usually order ahead. Today I wasn't going to get anything but everyone else wanted coffee and donuts. Everything was good. The food was delicious. No problems.
