First noticed that place was sort of dingy looking, cluttered counter and uncleared dishes in several seats. The air didn't smell delicious like a donut shop should smell but smell was like old basement a definitely wet mildly mildew smell not pleasing at all... I was even more disappointed with the nearly empty case, the selection was not good, no custard or jelly no chocolate or fritters the remaining trays had 1-3 donuts and only trays that had 5 or more were fingers and powered filled ... I gave up on this location at it is the nearest to me food is constantly either made wrong aor not available after paying for it though app which i then have to call customer service for refund which is a hassle so far i dont get my last issue resolved and lost track of it. Ive been mock by some of the employees there and seem rude when managers is on site she is very helpful other than that 4 out of 10 times there is an issue
