30 minute wait for a sandwich (no napkins) and a burnt coffee. Obviously they aren’t training workers the right way. Do they no longer know how to run a coffee shop? For the amount I pay in this economy I would hope they would treat the customer a bit better, giving decent food! Guess the manager doesn’t care.
I come here every morning before I go to work, and I've stopped. Ari should not work customer service at all!
