I have been to this location several times and was surprised at today's poor service. Walked into the business just a couple of minutes before 11:00 and went to the counter, waiting to be served, nothing (approximately 3 minutes). I then decided to use the kiosk. I very seldom leave reviews when I’m dissatisfied with an establishment or its service. I’m constantly on the go for work and eat out often, so I usually move on without saying much. However, this was one of the few times I genuinely felt that my health was at risk because of how the staff handled my food and how they handled my complaint afterward. Alway a great experience when I go to this Duncan.
Took forever to get 3 hash browns, two coffees a sourdough toast, and a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. I watched 4 other customers come and go. Won't be going back to this location on Crain Hwy.
