I visited this store on 4/30 around 5:30 and the three employees behind the counter were wonderful! A customer was purchasing a bulk amount of gift cards and despite only having one register, they prepared the order of everyone who was stuck in line to the best of their ability and handled the wait with confidence, great attitudes and smiles. The leadership of this location should be proud!
The shift lead need to learn how to talk to her employees. Acting passive aggressive towards them and you could feel the tension between them and her.
