The manager this morning was absolutely horrendous. He was extremely rude to the other employees, talking down to them and saying things like, “Last time I checked, I’m the boss.” constantly knit picking every little thing. He was the only one yelling in front of customers and the store was packed. To make matters worse, he wasn’t even working; instead, he was with his kid and her mom, giving them all the free food they wanted. Nice Dunkin doughnuts. Staff was super friendly and seemed to be enjoying each other and their work. That’s nice. Manager seems super engaged and positive .
