My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. If possible, I would give a rating below zero. I found the treatment of employees not only discourteous but at times unnecessarily harsh. I chose to leave after only two days, as I believe a workplace should uphold basic standards of respect and professionalism. Verbal abuse, including swearing and personal insults, has no place in a healthy or productive work environment. Good to visit again for a great coffee lover place.
This is my favorite Dunkin. The staff are so kind and caring. I just wish they had a drive thru. But this is always my first choice.
