The staff here is awesome—everything is fresh and made to order. Nothing sits around waiting. If a mistake is made, they fix it promptly and without question, free of charge. The only downside is that they don’t accept American bills, in America, larger than $50. In this digital age, it’s frustrating that large companies don’t embrace cash payments, especially since it could help them avoid credit and debit card fees. It just doesn’t make sense.
Asst. Manager Ben is an asset to the Enterprise location. He greets customers, and runs a tight ship. He is instrumental in the over all operations of DD. Since he has been working there, I know my coffee and order will be correct. All in hospitality and service should strive to be like Ben.
