He was very rude and he yelled at my family I had my 2 kids and my youngest son got scared from how mean he was. He yelled at us just because the coupon didn’t work at that place and we only asked once so no need to get mad. He also was gonna try to cancel our order for no reason.
EVERY TIME I go there I order a plain bagel, just plain, NOT CUT OR TOASTED. EVERY TIME they cut my dang bagel! I've even gone through the line again to tell them and have them replace it AND THEY STILL CUT IT EVERY TIME! If I wanted slices I would eat bread. And I wouldn't normally complain, but this has happened more than twenty times now, so I'm going to just go somewhere else. :(
