Almost guaranteed to get your order wrong. Order the same thing every time I go, tastes different every time!
Bought a medium hot cappuccino and got a slightly warm half cup. Why give a big 16 oz cup and the put 8oz in it? Went back and asked them to reheat it but they couldn't. So the were kind enough to make another 1/2 cup that was about 2 degrees warmer. At that point I just gave up.
