The lady was impatient in the Drive-Thru if you're going to be impatient at least get the order right
This is pure concentrate. I don’t know what management is doing at this location but they very clearly do not train their staff.
don't even waste your time using mobile app, they can't read a simple receipt. I literally ordered a hot chocolate with three donuts and a breakfast sandwich. Almost every other time, they forgot an item. I should not have to go back inside daily, to get my correct items. Save yourself the trouble, please don't use mobile.
