When ordering, the employee had difficulty hearing me, which made the process frustrating. When I got to the window, I was not greeted—just stared at. Upon drinking my coffee, I discovered coffee grounds in it. Very distasteful and disappointing. I do not recommend this location.
I am currently in thr process of filing a formal complaint with Corporate regarding the Evans Mills Dunkin Donuts. My daughter went through the drive through and was told she could not order food and that this happens alot. So, I called the Evans Mills Dunkin and requested to speak to a manager. First I was told I was speaking to "Mark", who was a manager. I asked " Mark" why my daughter was not able to order food at this location. "Mark" didn't have an answer and placed me on hold. Good and drinks are fine when they make them, but they consistently turn off food options for mobile ordering so you can only order at the window. I’ve been in the area for 8 months and have only been able to mobile order food 2-3 times. If you ask them why the food option is turned off for the app they will say they “don’t know that it’s off” which is a blatant mistruth. Why is this place called Dunkin’ Donuts if there are not going to have any donuts don’t even bother coming here if you’re craving a donut.
