We have lived here for the past four years and have slowly watched this Dunkin location go from high-quality to extremely poor quality. The service used to be top-tier with how quick and efficient the drinks and food went out the drive-through. Now its the complete opposite. It takes 30+ minutes to get through the drive-through even with one to two cars. The workers seem understaffed and have poor attitudes. Ordered a large Americano with 4 cream. Staff misread the directions and put 8 shots of espresso in it. Tasted like diesel fuel. I died after drinking it. 10/10 would do it again.
Went there 3 times in one week every time out of munchins. You would think they would make more.
