I used to love this location. But recently the last 3 times I've gotten an iced tea - it tastes like chemicals is in the tea. The tea is on tap so I'm not sure if it's the cleaner they use to clean the container and they may leave a residue after. But it's absolutely foul and dangerous. Other locations I have not dealt with this issue so I just want to warn people and keep them from ordering that specific drink.
Extremely disrespectful workers. Asian guy on the headset for the drive thru told my party to “hurry up, come on” because we apparently we’re taking too long to order from the drive thru. We had a party of 7 so it was a big order. Most disrespectful customer service ever. Hire better workers.
This is usually my favorite Dunkin in Somerset. But yesterday we got lunch there and it was terrible. We ordered on the app from the Dollar Tree parking lot and immediately got in the line behind one other car for pick-up - so we were shocked when our order was ready. Thank goodness I opened my order in the car. The bottom of my croissant (ham and swiss) was still ice cold and the top was room temperature. We went back and returned it for a refund.
