I always come to this Dunkin (I live around the corner) and everyone has always been very kind and courteous and I have never had any issues with service. I do want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Sonia! She is always so sweet to me and always says something to brighten my day. She is what excellent customer service truly is and DD in Pasadena is lucky to have her on their team!
I have had my 4th horrible order and am never going back. This Dunkin in front of food lion is the worst. My food and drink orders made here are sloppy, not correct, watery, and not what I expected. The other two Dunkin’s in Pasadena are just amazing. From now on never going to this Dunkin. People are rude, messy, careless and don’t seem to take pride in making simple orders. Just FYI the other places in Jacobsville and off Governor Ritchie are perfect!
The staff here is always fast with my drive through doughnut order. Their accuracy is appreciated as well.
Every time I come to this location something is wrong with my order or the service is bad. For example, this morning I ordered a large drink, and was handed a medium. I asked for a grilled cheese with bacon, there was no bacon. I could hear the staff carrying on with each other in the background of the headset. Do better.
Update: the afternoon shift has gotten their stuff together and hasn’t messed up my drink in a while. Thankfully. Now they just need to keep their ice cream flavors stocked! This store consistently makes my drinks with regular milk instead of oat milk. I have a lactose allergy. Also the girls who work in the afternoon literally just mess around and don’t work. There’s often no one in the drive thru lane yet it takes several minutes for the order to be taken. The morning shift is WAY better and seem to care
