Have much difficulty with staff not answering the phone and if you have an issue with your order, you can never reach a manager. I have only been twice to this location and will probably never go back. Very disappointed and what sucks is the the other location close by does not carry BR ice cream. Guess I will just have to drive a bit out of my way to another location to get better qualityfood and customer service.
Ordered 3 donuts, they only put 1 in the bag. What a joke.
Overall this is a 5 star Dunkin. The customer service is great (except the young dude in the afternoon). One of the employees even showed me an easier way to order my drink in the app. They consistently make my order correctly and my daughter is happy to have a full 24 flavors of ice cream to choose from when we visit in the hot months.
I always come to this Dunkin (I live around the corner) and everyone has always been very kind and courteous and I have never had any issues with service. I do want to give a special shout-out to Ms. Sonia! She is always so sweet to me and always says something to brighten my day. She is what excellent customer service truly is and DD in Pasadena is lucky to have her on their team!
