I love this place!! Fast service. Good coffees.
I complained that my coffee was cold. They brewed new coffee that smelled like hot urine while brewing. They asked me to have a seat away from them while it was brewing, but I stood there smelling the urine odor. The coffee was now hot but tasted terrible. I asked for a refund and will never go there again.
Do not eat or drink from this place, I REPEAT please don’t. I’ve worked here and documented a lot of gross things in this store that I had to clean by my own choice(not because the manager or the owners told me). The owners are racists, they have minors working past legal hours(also used to have a registered offender working with minors) and there’s consistent malpractice in this particular store. I am starting to wonder if they even bother to put the swirl flavor you ask for in your coffee when ordering on the app, because I swear any time I order this way, the coffee always tastes plain and bland. I've stopped coming to this location because of this and would just go to the one near my job. Today I decided to give them a try and get my coffee before my drive to work...it was a waste.
