Very slow service. Got orders wrong for several people while there.
Ok food and service good, wish it was cheaper or use app and search for deals. Usually use the drive through.
They forget all the time how to make a regular hot coffee with cream and sugar. They could never get it right, but they don’t forget that kiosk to hand you to give a tip.
Understaffed, almost closing, and these people still brought the energy. Service was amazing and had us out quick. This is my go to Dunkin in Ithaca.
