By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’. It was 5:36 PM when we placed our order, a small hot coffee, a blended coffee beverage, a refresher, and four donuts. The cashier mentioned they’d had a rough morning and, shockingly, they didn’t have anything we ordered. We tried to choose from what they did have, only to be told again that those items were unavailable too. When I finally received my drink, it was a cup full of cream and ice—completely white. 2 people in line when I got here 20 minutes later I’m still in the same spot hire people who actually want to work no way I should be waiting that long for an iced coffee
