The drive thru worker was rude I got a drink that missing about 3 inches of drink and when I asked why she acted like it was a bother and said it’s is made that way. I worked for Dunkin’ Donuts for 5 years in Florida and I have heard that. I called the store to make sure they had the Halloween buckets again the girl that answered was rude. If you want was to have good customer service then don’t work in customer service. I have been in customer service for 20 years and today was horrible.
One of the worst Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to
Stopped by on Sept 08th, kolach’s were over cooked and super smoky. They were out of napkins and diet drinks of any kind. First and last time here.
Amazing Service, friendly staff and practically no wait time!
This place truly is a disgrace from the day they opened to now. I have had so many issues with this place its ridiculous. We used to LOVE dunkin, but after everything we've experienced with THIS location we will never spend another dime there. We've called in the past & have spoken to corporate and the manager from killeen location who was nice.
