Amazing Service, friendly staff and practically no wait time!
This place truly is a disgrace from the day they opened to now. I have had so many issues with this place its ridiculous. We used to LOVE dunkin, but after everything we've experienced with THIS location we will never spend another dime there. We've called in the past & have spoken to corporate and the manager from killeen location who was nice. The girls in the afternoon are so friendly and amazing! They always make my coffee just right! It is such a change from the team from a year ago!
Ice cream is fine, as you would expect from a basking. Service is well, I would rather serve myself. They are either understaffed or workers don’t want to work.
