I was very disappointed with my service today. I have been to this Dunkin multiple times and have never had such rude service as I did today. The lady taking the order via the speaker started out rude and just continued with the bad attitude the whole time. I placed an order for a large frozen coffee, when I received this order it did not have the coffee syrup added. Very long line in drive thru so went inside 1 person in front of me it took 25 mins
Absolutely the worst service ever. waited 30 minutes for a drink. it seems that there is a huge lack of communication with the team. if you need to get to work, i suggest skipping this dunkin bc you will be late lol.
