I purchased my Dunkin through my app this morning, a medium iced coffee and a blueberry muffin. Upon taking my muffin out when I arrived at work, it was completely raw inside. My iced coffee was fine, not completely made well but less disappointing than a raw muffin
Morning shift the the most unfriendly group of people I ever met. My last young lady didn't smile, didn't say hello, took my card, cashed it and handed it back. No thank you, no goodbye. She just looked at me. You need more friendly people working. Someone who knows how to communicate.
Poor customer service, seemed annoyed to have customers. Not greeted in drive through
