I placed an order on the mobile app and it said it went through when I got to the store they said they didn't receive my order. They ended up double charging me cause I had to replace the order. I did a survey on the medallia app and they have not responded back. Very bad business!
If you’re into the teen girl scene with stupid loud music and people messing up the simplest of orders, than you found your place!
I love dunkin, but this location is ALWAYS struggling. I feel awful for the workers. Saturday morning and they had a people working, one cooking, and only one of the two others in the front hustling. How stressful can that be? They were so backed up, people were waiting for over 30 min for just mobile orders. They need to do better with getting help in there!
Ive been to this Dunkin countless times and every time the customer service is terrible. Theres a caucasian older woman with glasses that is always working the window and she is nothing less than downright rude! Her attitude is always nasty and she never greets when I pull up to the window. Im currently in drive through for over 5 minutes and have not even been acknowledged. Very poor service
Went in for coffee and breakfast waited over 30 minutes just for one coffee got everything else by the time I got my coffee my food was cold. This location needs to be staffed better in the mornings this was ridiculous.
