Shocking experience at the drive thru. Weekday at lunch time. A kid working at the window tossed my food in to my lap! - the wrong food. He got MAD when I asked him to correct it. Then he refused to open the window to discuss. Dunkin customer service said that the local manager would reach out to me within 48 hours. I have heard NOTHING from anybody. Unbelievable way for business to operate. That kid needs to be fired.
Okay so I'm not one to complain at all. I've been going to this Dunkin drive thru for about 4 years cause I literally work around the corner from it. So I'm always hitting this place up at like 6am ish before my shift. I've had few complaints about messed up orders or not done properly but never complained about it. i used to be a regular i work right next door but as of now i definitely will not be coming back its the same people that mess up my order every time. my order is very simple and shouldn't be too hard but they cant seem to get it right. a bagel with cream cheese. the lady that took my order is the same one who made my bagel and when i got it, it was all over the place extremely messy. all of the cream cheese literally fell into my lap when i was driving to work. its the same lady every time who cant seem to get my order righ... read more
