We love Dunkin Donuts
I waited for almost 30 minutes for a breakfast bagel sandwich because they brought me the wrong thing the first time. When I finally got my food and checked my bag it was wrong again. I probably won't try them again
I ordered on the app, subbed oat milk for regular milk in my iced latte. When I received the coffee, I thought it looked a little darker than normal, but didn’t think much of it. Turns out I was given ALMOND milk instead of OAT milk. Fun fact, I have a nut allergy. I called later and turns out they were “out of oatmilk.” I had my throat almost swell shut because of this Dunkin’s negligence. The baristas should NOT be making changes to customers drinks, ESPECIALLY W/OUT INFORMING THEM!
I really try to give places grace, but this Dunkin’ location makes it tough. The service is consistently slow, and the staff never seem friendly, more like they hate being there. There’s little to no acknowledgment when you walk in or order, and customer service just feels like an afterthought. To make things worse, they’re always out of something. Dunkin’ is one of my go-to brands, but this location definitely needs improvement in both attitude and operations.
