Since opening service and coffee improved.
I went in Dunkin Donuts on Lafayette Pkwy and soon as I walked in the door the young lady didn't greet me at all, she just said we're not taking any orders. I asked are they closed she said no, but we have alot of orders, the store was empty, the drive thru was empty....so I'm not understanding why I was denied service. That was so rude and unnecessary
Service is getting worse. Been going to this location since it opened. Staff seem to be in a bad mood, bad manners! The ladie at the window forgot half my order. So drove bad around another ladie gave me the order. I looked in the bag and it was missing my hash browns. I asked about it she just said all I heard was 1 like I did something wrong for asking? I mean acknowledge you made a mistake??? The whole time she was playing on her phone I know how she made a mistake! Was a good places to stop beware!!!
Terrible slow no one working
The service was great. My coffee was great. My chicken croissant was undercooked in the middle. If I get salmonella, I want a refund and I want my hospital bills paid.
