Excellent service
I came in first a Glamberry zero. Waited about 5 minutes to be served. It wasn't crowded. There was one customer in front of me. The drink was good.
I come here for coffee several times a week and just a few improvements. How about when we go to the window and have a mobile order then actually remember when we come around to the window? What is the point in stopping at the window if you don’t even remember when it’s time to pick up? Secondly, fill up your cups! When we pay for an xL then that’s what it should be.
They are super unprofessional. The younger employees wear bonnets on their heads at work and curse in front of the managers and don’t get reprimanded I assume because they are scared of them or can’t afford to lose employees. They gets orders wrong and try to cover it up by adding the correct component to it afterwards, thus, messing up the drink order. They can definitely learn from the 3510 Crain Highway Waldorf location.
