Ordered coffee and pastries from this Dunkin' while visiting the Arkadelphia area. I like Dunkin's coffee and their pastries are not bad either. I ordered online here and it was easy to get to and get the order. My only issue was there was a staff member who thought they had given me the complete order when they had forgotten a drink that was in my order. This is the second time we’ve come here, and unfortunately we had the same experience with the cashier lady both times. She never smiles, looks like she doesn’t want to be at her job, and provides very poor customer service. Customers should feel welcomed, but instead the atmosphere feels uncomfortable and unfriendly. Management should be aware of this issue because customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. I hope this can be addressed and improved.
I visited Dunkin' with my husband recently. The place was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. We ordered drinks, but unfortunately most of the cup was filled with ice, so it didn’t feel like we got much of the actual drink. The staff were okay, but they didn’t seem very welcoming or friendly—it felt like they didn’t really want to be there. Overall, it was an average experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both service and drink quality.
I went in this morning and, YES MA'AM MRS. PAM! Mrs. Pam did her thing! she was doing a lot up front helping someone with the register, taking orders making orders all with great customer service not only that she made my drink which she had never made before absolutely perfect! The cup of coffee I had was the best one in a min! Thank you Mrs. Pam!
