I've been like 3 times and they NEVER have bananas for a banana split.
Ordered coffee and pastries from this Dunkin' while visiting the Arkadelphia area. I like Dunkin's coffee and their pastries are not bad either. I ordered online here and it was easy to get to and get the order. My only issue was there was a staff member who thought they had given me the complete order when they had forgotten a drink that was in my order. They got kind of rude but eventually acknolwedged that I had a missing drink and gave it to me. Like I said, I like their coffee so I would return despite the slight issue ... read more
This is the second time we’ve come here, and unfortunately we had the same experience with the cashier lady both times. She never smiles, looks like she doesn’t want to be at her job, and provides very poor customer service. Customers should feel welcomed, but instead the atmosphere feels uncomfortable and unfriendly. Management should be aware of this issue because customer service plays a big role in the overall experience. I hope this can be addressed and improved.
