I ran in 10 minutes before closing. The cases were empty and I asked if there was any donut, bagel, anything they could grab for me and they insisted they were sold out of every item. I asked for an iced coffee and they said they were sold out of that, as well. Literally 2 young women standing there refusing to sell me anything 10 minutes before closing. I understand that they wanted to close up and go home, but this is terrible service.
I ordered 2 dozen donuts, 2 Boxes o Joe and 50 munchkins on the mobile app, for pick up hours later. It looked like everything was ready when I arrived, except they didn't have any napkins? Loaded up and off I went- only to arrive without munchkins. I don't shop at Dunkin' Donuts (with good reason) so I didn't realize they were not included.
