If I could give them a zero I would. Went there in the morning for coffee before our ride back home. The lady didn’t even turn around to acknowledge we were there kept on working on other pick up orders. I waited a good 5 mins. If I could give zero stars , I would. This was the worst Dunkin’ Donuts my grandad and I have ever been to. The first time we were here, my grandad asked for less ice 🧊 in his drink. When he got his drink, it was loaded with ice 🧊. My grandad asked to have some of the ice 🧊 taken out, and when the customer is always right, the cashier argued with my grandad saying that there was less ice 🧊 when there wasn’t.
